Lady Nelson AMATI construction blueprints

The Lady Nelson cutter is a faithful reproduction of a typical English cutter from the late 18th - early 19th century. Indeed, the cutter is a typically English model, originally developed by the smugglers of Folkestone and neighbouring countries. The navy soon came to appreciate the qualities of cutters, using them themselves from the second half of the 18th century, precisely to oppose smugglers.

The boat's construction plan contains 5 plan sheets with 1:1 scale drawings (side view, top view and couples) and numerous detailed illustrations, illustrated construction instructions and a parts list in English and French.
