Usage
The anti-rust varnish for metal parts used in model-making and crafts is designed to achieve the best possible finish. It can be used for any painting process involving metal parts from Artesanía Latina model kits, whether they are boats, airplanes, or other types of vehicles. It is perfectly suited for airbrushing, although it can also be applied with a brush or, in this case, by dipping.
When using this anti-rust varnish, please follow these steps for application:
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- The surface to be coated must be clean and dry.
- The more polished the metal is, the shinier the finish will be.
- Apply the product using one of the three techniques mentioned above (airbrush, brush, or dipping), ensuring even coverage of the surface. The application can be repeated a few hours later to achieve a higher level of shine and protection.
- Please note that you can also use an airbrush if that is more convenient for you.
- Touch-dry: 2 to 3 hours at 20 °C.
