A typical tugboat found mainly in southern European ports until the 1970s.

This model is characterized by its particularly pleasing shape and is therefore a feast for the eyes as a static or sailing model. Thanks to its all-wood construction, the model can be adapted to incorporate a steam engine with a few modifications.

The Alex Horizontal is the ideal steam engine for this model (please contact us for availability). The hull is built with laser-cut wooden keel and couples, then planked.

If the Anteo is to be used as a sailing model, we recommend a glass cloth cover to make the hull strong. Superstructures are also assembled from laser-cut parts. The real wooden deck is a feast for the eyes, and the many details on the ship are a pleasure to assemble.

All accessories are supplied. Many fittings are made of cast brass and wood, and are of the highest quality.

A complete kit with detailed construction plans and building instructions (in English, French, German and Italian) is supplied.
