The GRAND BANKS - Classic yacht by AMATI - Scale 1/20

Faithful reproduction of a classic Grand Banks motor yacht, originally designed in 1967. The construction was originally based on a trawler hull, typical of North America and also of Newfoundland, where the shipyard is based.

The construction kit is based on a new, prefabricated fiberglass hull that needs no additional torque to reinforce it. Decks and superstructures are laser-cut, and many fittings are in engraved metal or brass. The complete interior can be reproduced. The model can, of course, be motorized and fitted with a radio control system. For this purpose, the superstructure is designed to be completely removable, and AMATI offers a motorization kit adapted to this model (see "accessories" below).

This model is designed for experienced modellers.
