Kit Billing Boats
The tugboat "Massbank" was built in 1965 in the Netherlands on the order of L Smit and Co's international Sleepdiensten in Rotterdam. The "Massbank" served for 12 years on the west side of Holland, called Europoort. She has also participated in several rescues in the North Sea and has towed boats in areas from France to Norway. On September 1, 1977, she was transferred to a sister company, called Nieuwe Vlissingse Sleepdienst which is located in Vlissingen. She was then renamed "Banckert".
This model is recommended to be equipped with an electric motor and a set of 2-way radio control.
