Servonaut SMM

Special sound module for radio-controlled boats.

Particularly suitable for lifeboats, fishing boats and tugs.

This sound module provides particularly realistic sounds, with dynamic motor sound depending on the command given on the radio, a siren, ambient sounds. All these sounds can be selected from a range of choices.

Possible settings are :

• Choice of 3 different engine sounds
• Choice of 3 different ship types: salvage, tugboat or fishing, resulting in different trunk, winch and bow thruster sounds
• Choice of 4 different soundscapes (when the engine is switched off, the ambient sound is played)

  • Wave noise with no other sound

If the radio control is equipped with a Robbe Multiswitch module, a Graupner Nautic Expert module, or if the radio control is a Servonaut HS12 or HS16, additional sounds can be played (stern door opening, bell, dinghy) and the sound volume can be adjusted remotely.

Power supply: from 7.2V to 12V, with lead, NiMh or Lipo battery.

Choice of loudspeaker :

Depending on the battery voltage, the loudspeaker must be of a different impedance.

We recommend using the largest possible loudspeaker, installed in the hull, in a wooden box with vents.

Loudspeaker required :

• At 7.2V: 4 Ohm loudspeaker (see loudspeaker section) - Recommended loudspeaker: ACVI4898 loudspeaker
• 12V: 8 Ohm loudspeaker (see loudspeaker section) - Recommended loudspeaker: ACVI4899 loudspeaker
