Glue Stabilit Express 80g

Quick-curing two-component glue. Hardening after 20 min. hardened completely in an hour. High tensile and shear strength. Glues metal, plastic, wood, glass and porcelain.

Do not use for Styropor (polystyrene).

Content:

Tube of 70g of resin.

10 g of powder hardener.

Comes with plastic tray has 3 alveoli to make the mixture, plus spatula and pod.

Instructions for use:

• Degrease and frost the surfaces to be glued.
• The plastic tray has 3 alveoli of different dimensions depending on the amount of glue needed. Each alveolus is marked 1x, 3x or 5x to identify the number of powder pods to be used. Complete the filling of the alveolus with resin.
• Mix until a homogeneous paw is obtained. (The time of use of the paw is limited to 5 to 10 minutes depending on the temperature.)
• Apply a glue film to the 2 parts to be assembled.
• Set up the parts and maintain pressure for a few minutes.
• Clean the excess glue with acetone (be careful acetone attacks some plastics)
• It is advisable to make a preliminary test according to the materials to be assembled.
