There is nothing more complete than the new MICRO WELD plastic glue. The application is quite different and much easier than the old glues. In addition, MICRO WELD is more "indulgent", solid when dry, it does not crack transparent parts and does not distort small delicate plastic parts like other glues. It also does not damage most paintings and can therefore be used to repair a model without having to repaint it. You do not have to hold the pieces for long so that they stick. This frees your hands to make a perfect fit.
Here is the method to apply MICRO WELD: use a small brush to apply a small dose of glue to each piece to be assembled. Both parts become sticky as with contact glue. You can then reach them by pressing them against the other. You have a few seconds to separate or align them perfectly. Try not to put glue in unwanted places; but if it happens, wait a few minutes before touching it to avoid spoiling the result. Allow to dry completely before painting. You now have a solid bond that is neither brittle nor fragile and will last a long time.
There is also an important advantage of MICRO WELD glue: its lower toxicity. Indeed, everyone can use it without risking any health problems, or causing damage to the environment. Finally, it is not very flammable unlike other glues.
