White Molding Gelcoat is an orthophthalic gelcoat with very high elongation at break, very good weather resistance and good impact strength.
Its high scratch resistance helps reduce soiling. This hand-applied gelcoat hardens with the addition of CHP hardener.
Gelcoat is pre-accelerated with cobalt, enabling curing with 2-3% CHP.

- Pot life: approx. 10-20 minutes at 20°C after addition of 2-3% CHP hardener
- Use: White Molding Gelcoat is applied with a gelcoat brush or round brush to the mold covered with release agent. It is important that temperatures in the workroom and on the mold surface are between 18 and 25°C.
- Wait at least 24 hours at 20°C for the gelcoat to dry. The surface of the gelcoat must be tacky but not leave fingerprints before laminating.
- Drying: After 24h
- Chemical resistance: Achieved after 5 days
- Cleaning with acetone
