Set of 5 springs for bending
Special springs allowing to bend the different tubes up to 4.7mm in diameter without "chewing" them.
To bend tubes made of brass, aluminum or copper.
5 springs. diameter from 1/16 to 3/16 inches or 1.60mm to 4.70mm in diameter
- Choose the springs whose inner diameter is closest to the bending tube.
- Insert the tube into the spring
- Bend the tube gradually, possibly using a shape as a guide for the desired bending.
- Remove the spring
For easier bending, it is advisable to recuitrate (by heating it) the brass or aluminum tube which makes it more malleable and prevents it from breaking.
