The Südersand is a 1:20 scale model of a small steam tugboat typical of the 1920s and 1930s.

The kit features the latest laser technology and a high degree of precision. The hull is made of deep-drawn plastic, while the superstructure is made of laser-cut wooden parts .High-quality engraved brass parts enable fine detailing of the model.

There's plenty of space for all the RC equipment in the voluminous hull. A smoke generator can also be fitted as an option.

The model can also be fitted with lighting. The chimney is (like the original) foldable and can be folded with a servo. The kit is supplied with conventional brush motors, but also with modern external rotors.

The kit contains a large deep-drawn plastic hull, laser-cut wooden parts, the ship's shaft and propeller, engraved parts, accessories such as windsocks, a lifebuoy, fenders, towing hooks, position lights and detailed 3D assembly instructions.
