All-wood model of a 50's ocean-going tugboat. The kit contains all the wooden parts needed for construction, as well as the fittings.

The Ulises model was an ocean-going tugboat. In the 60s, maritime traffic was very intense, with a constant transfer of goods across the world's seas and oceans.

This activity was not without risk, which is why the work of ocean-going tugs was of vital importance to help any ships that suffered an accident. In those days, metal was the basic material for building ships, with a certain percentage of wood, taking advantage of the strength of steel for the hull and the comfort of wood for the living spaces, thus obtaining models of singular beauty despite being ships designed for work.
