Anna 3 is designed as a typical North Sea and Baltic fishing boat, with a net attached to one side of the hull.
The 1/20 scale gives a vast hull in vacuum-molded ABS. The kit is supplied with laser-cut wooden parts and a deck with all blades and engraved details. The cockpit parts are made of mahogany plywood, and the windows are also laser-cut to match the openings exactly. The mast and booms are made of aluminum.
This Anna 3 radio-controlled boat includes a detailed winch which is itself a kit of laser-cut parts and a number of photoetched parts to increase the level of detail. The winch can be easily made functional by installing a servo winch (not included). Other functions can be added as required.
The Anna 3 comes with a set of around 100 photoetched parts to add realism and detail to the model. Most elements of the superstructure are enhanced by photoetched parts.
The searchlight is functional, moving horizontally and vertically, and can be used for research or deck lighting. Many other functions can be added, for example using our light modules.
We recommend the new Race 620 navy motor (art N°: MOAE700047) with a rotational speed of 3,400 rpm for realistic speed.
Detailed instructions explain how to build the model. There are drawings and text for each stage of construction, as is becoming the norm for all recent Aero-Naut models.
