Tamiya finally offers a painted version of its Volvo FH16 Globetrotter 750 8x4, configured as a heavy-duty tow truck. This version is factory-painted in TS-17 Brilliant Aluminum and finished with a polyurethane clear coat.

A replica of the flagship model in the Volvo range, the FH16 750, in an 8x4 heavy-duty tow truck configuration.

This package includes the MFC-03 module (ref: Tamiya 56523), which controls the lights and sound, and features a vibration motor to simulate engine vibrations, as well as an ESC.

Description of this radio-controlled truck:

• 1/14-scale radio-controlled truck kit to assemble
• 4-axle aluminium twin frame rails chassis with four-wheel rear-wheel drive
• Detailed injection-moulded ABS cab, to be assembled
• Body parts supplied pre-painted in Tamiya's TS-17 “Gloss Aluminium” color
• 3-speed gearbox controlled from the transmitter
• Robust suspension combining metal leaf springs and shock absorbers
• Floating front axles and rear suspension axles with differentials
• Chrome-plated plastic headlight bar included

• Carson Reflex Stick Multi Pro 14-channel 2.4 GHz radio control (compatible with the Tamiya multi-function module)

Notes regarding the Tamiya MFC-03 multifunction system:

Some of the LED harnesses for the MFC unit are not compatible with this model. The new, longer LED wiring harnesses (ref: PCTM56549 [red], PCTM56550 [white], and PCTM56551 [yellow]) are included in this package.

Items not included in the pack:

• 2 additional LED harnesses, ref: ACTM7175097 (for the upper light bar)
• Plastic model glue
• Glass adhesive (such as Craft Bond or PT-56)
