This 11-meter steel trawler is equipped with radar. It is a "stern trawler", in which the net is hauled using a line located at the stern of the boat.
It is crewed by 4 to 5 men. They generally fish along the Channel coast. A typical small fishing vessel.
This sailing model is recommended to be equipped with an electric motor and a 2-channel radio control system.

This model is just as suitable for beginners learning how to build a wooden hull as it is for model builders, who will find a basis for making a small, highly detailed model of this type of fishing boat so common in our harbors.
