Discover the Atlantic, a wooden and plastic model of this tugboat whose design and parts are made in Spain, and whose hull in high-quality ABS is made in France. This is a faithful replica of the tugs of the 70s and 80s.
This is an ocean-going tugboat, not a harbor tug, and has been prepared to withstand the most adverse weather conditions. Its entire structure has been designed to be stable in the water and highly maneuverable, with the aim of being able to tow large vessels such as oil tankers or cruise ships in open waters.
The Atlantic's kit contains high-precision laser-cut parts, hardwoods, photo-cut parts, brass and cast iron: many details are chemically cut to be more faithful to the original vessel.
The Atlantic's tugboat hull is made of high-quality ABS, so it can be easily converted into a sailing R/C model. Its interior is ready for installation of the radio control system (not included). The water cannons are designed to be usable (mechanism not included).
