The Princess is a mahogany model of a classic Italian sports boat designed in the 50s, made on a scale of about 1/8th. This model of the Princess, like the original at the time, is made of high-quality mahogany wood.
The kit offers an all-wood construction (plywood and mahogany) with the structure of the hardwood hull that allows a simple and fast realization. All wood parts are largely prefabricated, laser cut or punch cut and can be glued together after a quick test and a small finish. The hull is made on a pre-cut construction site in Dépron which defines the position of each element, the modeller can then immediately start the construction of the boat. The design of the hull is of the same type as that of our Queen which proved to be very appreciated. The open cockpit forms a waterproof assembly that can be removed to provide wide access to the engine and RC installation.
