Krick decided to re-edit this Robbe old construction kit, seduced by the elegant, slender shape of its hull and the harmonious structure of the vessel, which also offers numerous customization possibilities, from coastguard boats of all kinds to an elegant classic motor yacht.

This tall, slender hull offers numerous possibilities for special functions such as lighting and crane operation.

Information about the actual boat:

Until 2000, the police boat W-3 belonged to the Lower Saxony river police fleet and was stationed in the outer harbor of Emden.
The vessel was built at the Gebr.Schürenstedt shipyard in Bardenfleth. It was mainly used to monitor and secure coastal shipping, particularly at the entrance to Emden harbor.
In 2000, the ship was decommissioned and replaced by a new vessel, also named W-3. The old vessel is now in private ownership.
